OPEN HOURS
Our centre is open between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Saturday. Thursday 8am to 9pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm. We do advise that you check shop opening hours with retailers.

At Florida Beach Village, we strive to make your visit as easy and stress-free as possible. With ample parking options close by, including undercover spaces near the main entrances plus special accessible spots nearby too – getting here is a breeze!
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
Florida Beach Village Shopping Centre is ideally positioned within the Florida Beach estate, with direct access to the Dawesville Bypass (i.e. Old Coast Road) and within close proximity to both Mandurah City Centre and Train Station 20* minutes drive to the north and providing direct access to the Perth CBD located only 87kms* drive away.
